    Walked in at 3:45 on a Sunday in a blizzard because my boyfriend needed to grab some new shoes for work on Monday and the first thing the lady says in a rude tone “we’re closing in 15 minutes so you have to decide by then” not even a “hi or hello” ... we walked out and will never be back. So so rude.

    I’ve been here countless times and always have a great experience. The staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable about their products, and really make you feel welcome in the store. They definitely sell the best boots in town.

    Ordered a pair of irish setter elk tracker boots on dec 20th 2018. Was told it could be upwards of 2 weeks till delivery because of christmas. I was ok with that. It is now jan 11 and after repeated inquiries still no boots in sight. I would never order through red wing shoe store again. Should have just went to Cabelas and bought them. I could have worn them out the door.......
