Still really new, very busy, lack of coordination in putting orders together. Numbers are called when your order is ready and the numbers were never sequential. Watched as some smaller orders placed after my order were called before mine. It appeared that they had no idea which orders were placed first and seemed to just pull any ticket off the bar at random to put together. I waited 35 minutes for my order to be called. I checked my order before leaving counter and am glad I did because the 3pc meal I ordered was only 1.5 tenders. They fixed it right away and were very good about doing so and apologized for the issue. The food itself was hot, fresh and wonderful. We will definitely be back. Not a good place if you want a fast in and out time, hopefully it gets better as time goes on.

Love the spicy fried chicken, although it's not overly spicy for my tastes. Very juicy and fresh tasting. Nice seasoned fries and biscuit with a combo. I've been twice since it recently opened and naturally it's been packed in there, but I've never had to wait long to get service and receive food. Thumbs up for a great alternative in Regina to the colonel from Kentucky.

If it wasn't for a mix up with one of the staff members believing the chicken is not halal, I would have happily given 5 stars. The manager willingly produced a halal certificate and put my mind at ease. The food was delicious, and the restaurant was clean for the amount of customers inside. The lineup for food pickup could be a little more organized but really a non issue if you remember your order number. Definitely would eat again!

Chicken was crispy and moist but taste was nothing special. Choose mac and cheese for my side and it was absolutely gross. Came with a biscuit that was pretty good. Staff was friendly and did a good job and got food quickly. Unfortunately from a taste standpoint if this is indicative of what Popeye's franchise food is I wasn't impressed. Taste rules and even though the service was good I likely won't be back.

Good food, I thoroughly enjoyed the chicken. The staff was pleasant and helpful, especially considering I was there on opening day and they were being run ragged. The layout of the location is a bit odd, the sit down portion of the restaurant is located on the second floor, but there's lots of room. The layout could have been better, there was very little delineation between the ordering lines and the waiting lines, customers milled around and asked each other where they should be, and the drink machine is tucked into a corner that does not promote flow. If you go when it's not busy you'll be happy, but if there id a crowd present I'd recommend finding someplace else to eat.
