  Due to special circumstances with my home purchase, the process was far from typical or easy – but with James on my side with his knowledge, experience and a few small miracles - we were able to pull it all together! We looked at quite a few homes, I had strict guidelines to work with for budget, area and “must haves”. When I was in doubt, feeling defeated and deflated thinking I would have to settle – he kept a positive outlook and assured me that the perfect property would come up – and sure enough it did! He always had my best interests in mind, wouldn’t let me settle - from beginning to end, house viewings to home inspection to possession and all the issues that arose in between, James kept a positive attitude, provided invaluable advice and resources all along the way. I know I wouldn’t be where I am today without the help of James and am truly grateful! I have and will continue to highly recommend James to all of my friends and family – undoubtedly THE BEST!

  James helped my buy my first house in Regina and helped me sell it four years later. James was honest and very trustworthy. I moved out of the province before my place was sold but felt very comfortable with my townhouse in James' hands. James regularly updated me with information about the status and the showings. He went out of his way to ensure that the showings were a success. He provided me valuable insight and advice, but always acted in alignment with my wishes. Thank you so much James!

  We bought a home that James was selling. He was slow to respond to our questions and requests. It seemed like he was hiding unsavoury details about the house. On possession day we noticed we were missing a few things (ie garage door openers, small things like that). Again he took forever to get back to us about this and then hinted that he thought we had somehow had stolen these items. After telling us he would replace a garage door opener, he went back on his word. He had a poor attitude throughout the entire transaction and I wouldn’t recommend him.

  James recently helped my husband and I purchase our condo. He was wonderful to work with - personable, professional and knowledgeable. James meticulously walked us through every step of the process and made excellent recommendations on other required professionals (home inspector, lawyer, etc.) who assisted in the purchase. His expertise and connections made a stressful process extremely painless. And he's a great guy to boot. We would recommend him to all our friends and family.
