  I am writing this review so people don't make the same mistake I did. I took my truck in to get detailed this winter. The customer service right off the bat was sub standard and I felt like I was just irritating them by asking questions and what services they offered, should of been my first clue. Regardless I handed over the keys and let them have my truck for a day and a half. To give them credit they cleaned my rubber floor mats quite well, as for everything else not at all. I had opted for the premium package which I was told was a complete exterior wash and complete interior clean-up included shampooing the carpets and seats. My seats were just as dirty as they had been when I took my truck in, the only carpet that was clean was the carpet you could see, any carpet that was not as easy to clean was ignored. Glove compartments were ignored and still filthy. The top half of my dashboard was cleaned but not the bottom half. As for the exterior it was ok, they washed the truck but that’s were it ended. They never cleaned the engine compartment like they said they would, the wheel wells and truck bed never saw a drop of water and lastly they never waxed the truck as I was told either. Quite honestly, it was pretty poor service all the way around. To compare services, my dad took his truck to a different auto detailer and the experience was night and day, and the price was even quite abit lower. If you really want good customer service and your car/truck as clean as it was when you bought it, I suggest you shop around and find a different auto detailer shop.

  No service, this is too generous. Had made an appointment a week in advance just to have it cancelled, seriously. Didn't even try to work something out in order to get it done.
