  First off. You're a plumbing and heating company! Not an ambulance!!! Are you kidding me? Secondly. My buildings water wasn't off. I don't know whose was but you shouldn't park in one of the residents stalls without permission to fix it. There is visitor parking for a reason. As well as maintenance parking!! And thirdly. Yes illegally parking where I could have got you towed is part of your business. How you treat people on the phone is also part of your business. Wish I could post photos, as he took up two parking spots. You can see on their Facebook page if they haven't deleted it yet.

  I ran into a problem where my sewer line needed replacing, big problem being that the line ran directly under my furnace so that got replaced as well. Variety came out and gave me a reasonable quote and actually followed up with me on getting the work done, something not everyone did. They worked with me, allowing me to do some of the heavy work, by breaking out the floor and removing the debris, and letting me cement everything back up, saved me a lot of money in labor. Will call these guys again for my plumbing and heating needs.

  Had a furnace and a/c installed by variety and they did a awesome job and cleaned up nice and they had a positive attitude and not like the other two company's that came by and very pushy and didn't seem to care, so I do recommend variety for any work to be done on your house.

  I gave them a review yesterday on their Facebook page about parking in my stall. They were very rude to me on the phone so I gave them a review about what had happened and this is the reply I get.

  Had an HRV installed and some duct work done a couple weeks ago and the workmanship was high quality, the guys were friendly and the work was done way faster than I expected. Thanks for the good work!

  "Thanks for the review as it has nothing to do with our business and how it operates. Your welcome for the services to have water restored to your building after hours we do appreciate our technicians taking care of the "priority" at that time. Thank god it wasn't a medical emergency vehicle in this situation as the patient would may have been extremely in need of that spot. Wow the issues our world has come to."
