I was reluctant at first to go here and I should have followed my gutt feeling. Hubby was here few years ago and didn't like it. I should have listen. Been here for few months and everytime I see my physiotherapist, I feel like I'm being criticize because I don't look like I'm improving according to a specific time frame. Patient's response to therapy are all different. And in my case I can feel the frustration my therapist is feeling and I don't need that as I have lots of that to deal with myself. The therapist verbally making subjective observations and keep asking me "Why do you still walk that way?" "Why is that so?" and a lot more WHY which was very hurtful on me as I feel like I'm being judged for not recovering faster. Who don't want to get better faster?. All appointments lasted for 20- 30 minutes. Majority of the time was spent on talking only, taking notes and those sort of stuffs. All the verbal communications was none therapeutic but damaging to my decreasing self esteem due to injury. Don't come in this facility if you seek to get better with dignity and moral intact.
