  We dealt with Samantha while picking our living room furniture. She was awesome. Using their room planner really helped us get a good understanding of how the furniture would look in our room and she helped us make some great choices/decisions. The prices were pretty reasonable (although we did take advantage of the boxing week sale). We will definitely go back to Castle again!

  Excellent sales representative. He was very knowledgeable about the products and was able to demonstrate easily how all the options worked. He was not pushy in his approach and made you feel that you wanted to buy from him. When I outlined what my expectations to conclude the sale he was very respectful in his approach. Definitely will consider Castle in purchasing future furniture!

  Very friendly and knowledgable staff. In addition to the great service we received regarding furniture, we were also able to commission and purchase artwork! Dave has been of invaluable help in making our home beautiful. Highly recommended.

  The store is great. They have a great selection of items in the store and many more available from their suppliers. I loved how we were able to "try" different fabrics on the chair we ordered and see the full effect of the fabric (as opposed to just the small swatch).

  My beautiful bar stools arrived just in time for a get-together I am hosting tomorrow.......with "some assembly required". I was thrilled when the manager said "I can assemble them right now for you if you have a few minutes". Thank you so much for such world class customer service! The chairs are beautiful and the support that I received was second-to-none.

  From the moment I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff and beautiful home furniture. All types of designs, I really appreciate the quality of product they sell here and the employee who helped me (Samantha) was amazing! She knows her product knowledge, is professional and helped me pick out the perfect sectional. I love that it's custom made too which is unique to my home and preferences. Next time you go, ask for Samantha. She's been there for years and does her job very well!!
