  Just finished by first dental visit. Everyone in the office was incredibly friendly. Dr. Rusteika answered my questions and they did a great job cleaning my teeth. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist in Regina. Great job, Southland Dental!

  I wish that I had changed to this dentist years ago! All the staff here are amazing! My whole experience has been nothing but wonderful! Both of my children asked why we waited so long to switch dentists. My 10 year old son said he cannot wait to go back for his next check up!

  Dr.Rusteika is fantastic and his staff are wonderful. I have been a patient of his for over 12 years and many of my friends and family members have transitioned to his care because of how happy I have been with the service he provides. We have 6 children ranging in age from 13-3. It is very difficult to get medical check-ups for all the children at the same time unless you want to book an entire afternoon off work. Southland Dental staff work the schedule so we can be in and out with all 8 of us in under 2 hours. They are great with the little ones and Dr.Rusteika remembers little details about each and every one of them, which makes them feel special. His administrative staff is efficient which makes claims submission a breeze. We have recently moved to another city but will still make the drive to see Dr.Rusteika for appointments because once you find a good dentist, you don't let them go!

  Very disappointed!!! Their secretary is rude, argumentative and lacks customer service. I Have been a client for years and will not be coming back. The dental staff is polite and I never had any issues with them, but their secretary is incapable of providing any customer service. I had advised the office 2 previous times that I wanted to cancel an appointment which I didn't remember making so I was out of town. She called me with a reminder, for the third time, and started arguing with me on the phone that I HAD made the appointment. Well, this experience was not going to make me come back any time soon. An apology for the misunderstanding and a cancellation would have been a better approach.
