  Mark has been in business for decades so by now he should know how to act and speak to customers. Today I leave my first low rating ever and unfortunately it’s for this man, and for the following reasons why. I’m a long time customer and Last week I contact Mark to inquire about a issue we are having with a late 90’s Nissan project truck. The rear diff is very noisy and was wandering what direction be best for us to take. The conversation ended with me having to obtain all info obtaining to the this rear differential, size, gear ratio, etc, Today I call to inform I have this info and want to proceed with the repair and informed him that a recently retired friend that also was in the same industry said that this should be an easy fix for Mark. Mark exploded in anger, swearing, yelling, and name calling. Shouting get the other F*~* guy to do it then and hung up the phone on me. This whole episode totally caught me off gaurde today, Mark’s professionalism was not at all existent today. Acting like an angry child and was totally uncalled for period. Mark knows this other retired mechanic as well as I and has no issues with him, or shouldn’t. Mark if you need to treat long time customers like me this way then it time to retire yourself. Your actions today were terrible, totally unacceptable and or warranted. Having a bad day or just getting tired of it all after all this time gives you zero right to treat me or anyone like this. Mark I will never again recommend you to anyone ever again. Turn in your wrenched Bud for your days for repairing are clearly over being like this. As for right now you owe me an apology.

  The kind of place you go when you want someone to fix something, not just tell you to get a bunch of parts replaced. Honest, fair and very good at what they do. Definite recommend.

  Family owned. The service here is top notch. Prices are very reasonable compared to other garages. There are no questionable charges like "shop supplies" on your invoice, and they stand by their work. The staff here are very knowledgeable and friendly.
