  I was dealing with ERICA DESCHAMPS (RENTAL AGENT) & SCOTT LEBLANC(BRANCH MANGER).both were supper friendly. Erica was looking after my reservation, and make sure that , I got what I booked, while Scott was making sure that Erica was doing her job properly. I strongly recommend to use this rental company. wishing good luck for friendly service. keep it up.

  CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANYS you most likely have insurance with the credit card company. Dont let then rip you off. Check your reciepts.

  The roadside assistance is a brutal waste of time. As i was sitting on the highway they rather ask me about my email to send me a survey than actually send a tow truck.
