    Absolutely terrible , if you have a full day to do nothing but wait maybe a good place to go. It is always lined up to the max ALWAYS, never anyone to greet you at the empty desk by the entrance to maybe help you in some way to take your mind off the huge line up your about to wait in, if that terminal was self serve that would be a life saver lol,, this place needs an audit or something, terrible customer experience wow!!!! There's got to be another way, oh and why nnot have employees emails and extensions available online???? good god communication and service needs review!! Oh and don't bother even tryin to call the branch... I'm a nice guy and just giving my honest experience

    Screw CIBC. Worst employer ever!!!!! Closing smaller branches randomly and with little to know reasoning or notice. Dont get hired here! Please!
