    Almost impossible to phone the bank and talk to a live person. When you 0 out you get a voice mailbox for customer service. Terrible customer service. Tried this at two branches.

    I remember i used to go in their for my lunch break to take care of a loan payment, i would have to be in line for almost entire lunch,,, one person working the front, and she would be grouchy and in hurry,,,,,, business till had a lady counting some major cash for this one guy , no privacy for him i couldnt believe he didnt care about that with al that money being displayed to people in line up. Havent been to bank in over a year .
