    Me and love bought a Serta iComfort memory foam mattress from the brick 3 years ago. 3 years later, my back was getting sore after I woke up. I noticed the bed seemed not as conferable and was causing back problems when I woke up. I have a mattress protector I purchased from the Brick when I bought the bed and a dark bamboo sheet set on the bed so I never noticed any indents as easily. When I took everything off I noticed the bed sank a bit in the middle and that explained my back issues . Our bed frame is a platform bed frame. So I contacted the Brick about the back issues and sunken part and they sent me a claim form, in. I had to take a million photos of the bed. Photos underneath, the top, side, to prove there was no stains, the manufacturer warranty thing attached to the bed, the bed frame and support and a string across the bed to show its indents with a ruler to show the depth. A week later they emailed me back and said I was approved to get a new bed, and I went to the brick and picked out a better bed that had improvements since they dint carry the other bed model I previously had and picked up the bed a week later.**** Beware: If you buy, for a example a bed from the Brick on sale or not for $10, they will only allow you to get a new bed for that $10 you paid on sale or not with the warranty claim. So If you buy a bed on sale or clearance and have problems down the road in the warranty, make sure you start a claim when they are clearing out or have the beds on sale again. They do every year on old models to make room for the new just like everyone else. **And once you make a warranty claim, I believe you only have 30 days to choose a new bed for the price you originally paid. Im giving this location a 5 star review because the 20 ish year old sales lady there worked with me to do everything she could to help me get the same bed with improvements and the management went the extra mile for me to make sure I had a smooth transition in my warranty claim. I highly recommend this place and the staff are such great people. Sure they have to sell things to make a living but they do so in a way they treat you like family, so it felt to me.

    Friendly associates but terrible and unrespectable management that treat people as the consumables. Under no circumstances would I become your customer.

    Spent more than $1700 for a table and chairs. Ordered it and said they would be in within 3 weeks. Got the table and 2 of 6 chairs within 3 weeks and the other 4 chairs never did arrive. After inquiring a second time about the other 4 chairs they told us we couldn't get those colours. So we told them we would like a refund and to return what we had as this was not what we paid for. They would not refund us any money, we could only have an in store credit. Why would we want to spend more money in a place where they lie and treat people this way. We will never shop there again and will make sure that others know how they trap their costumes.

    How is it possible that a company such as the Brick is unable estimate a delivery time in less then a 3 hour span? It is 2018 have you heard of a cell phone? This would be a great tool to use, 30 min before arriving to a customers home you give them a courtesy call stating an estimated time of delivery.

    So Instead of waiting half a day for the brick to show up at to my house I decided to pick up my couch and made them refund my delivery fee.

    I don't know why they would expect it was okay to force me to book off work from the hours of 10am-1pm on a Monday, with only a heads up they were delivering my furniture the night before. They wouldn't let me rebook it and the girl I spoke to refused to give me a heads up when they were on their way(my work is less than 10 min drive to my house). They recently refused me to pay the remaining total from my furniture with my credit card - the girl who I spoke to in person at the store (I believe it was the same one I spoke to about rebooking) actually threatened me when I simply said that was really stupid. Specifically she said "you better not swear around me and you better get out of the store, or else you will see what happens.". All I said was that rule was stupid, I didn't call her down or any other swear. I called out for a manager and he was really nice and helpful in a more respectful way. Get rid of that employee and I would have no problem coming back.
