  Only dealt with one person so far (Ashley). Very helpful. (Also very pretty, not that it matters). My vehicle is going to be in for a few weeks, so we'll see how they are to deal with as the days go by.

  It's been two times already. I found scratches on my two different trucks after they done the job. The first time was a Ford F150s front bunmper repaint. Got the truck back & found a not so deep but long scratch on the front driver side door. The second time was a Ram 1500 sent in for a wash. Got it back and found a deep scratch right on top of the gas door. They fixed both when I went back and talked to them but that were way too unprofessional, not one but two times.

  There are some good people. Colin set it up the loaner vehicle for me on the same day as I called. The service was friendly and quick. Ask for Colin, she will take care of you!

  There wasn't one area of my truck that wasn't fully cleaned, from the dash to the carpets to the glass. I was told shouldn't take more than 1.5 hours, didn't get truck back for nearly 3 hours. I will never return nor recommend this business.

  So my vehicle took 3 weeks to finish. (It needed alot of work!) The body looks great! The only issue I had was that the inside wasn't clean. I finished cleaning it myself. But the manager called me after he saw the pics I sent and took care of it! You can't always control what mistakes your employees make, but if you try to make things right with the customer as soon as possible, we'll come back!
